This work is an invitation—to slow down, to soften, and to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, nourishing, and real. So many of us move through the world holding tension, bracing, or feeling disconnected from sensation. On the table, there’s nothing you need to perform or prove. You get to arrive exactly as you are.

My practice is centered on the LGBTQ+ community, creating a space where queer bodies are not just accepted, but genuinely welcomed and understood. This is a place where your identity doesn’t need explanation, where your boundaries are honored, and where touch is offered with care, consent, and respect. For those who haven’t always had access to safe, affirming touch, that intention is at the heart of everything I do.

I draw from training with the Body Electric School, bringing an approach that’s intuitive, body-aware, and grounded in consent and presence. My work isn’t just about muscles—it’s about helping you feel seen, respected, and supported in your whole self.

This space was created because safe, affirming touch matters. Especially in a world where many of us haven’t always had that.
